Brute glass
The term brute glass originates from the French word brut, meaning ‘raw’ or ‘unfinished’. The name refers to the glass’s coarse, wavy surface, which is created during the rolling process. This decorative glass is also known as cathedral glass, as similar textured glass was traditionally used in church windows.
Fluted glass
The term fluted glass refers to the vertical grooves in the glass. These ridges refract light in a distinctive way while reducing visibility through the glass. It combines a sense of privacy with an elegant, decorative appearance.
Smoked glass – available in light, dark and bronze
The term smoked glass refers to the grey or brown-tinted appearance of the glass, reminiscent of smoke. This colour is achieved through additives used during production and gives the glass a warm, sophisticated look while still allowing light to pass through.
Glass types
More atmosphere, more character
Make your kitchen even more personal by choosing not only the colour of the frame, but also the type of glass. Please note: this option is only available for the slim aluminium frame.*
